We invite you to help in our efforts to find and maintain decent, affordable housing for people in need by making a gift of support.

Community Housing Network receives the majority of its funding from government contracts and grants, however those do not always allow us to offer some basic services in our programs.

We rely on private donations for many essential services and items for our program participants. Some examples are:

- Transportation and grocery vouchers
- Emergency assistance with security deposits and utility bills
- Furniture for formerly homeless people moving into new housing
- Personal care items and cleaning products (most of these cannot be bought with food stamps)

There are many ways to contribute:

• Mail a check made payable to Community Housing Network to:

• Make a credit card donation by telephone by calling 248-928-0111. Ask for the Accounting Department. CHN accepts VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover cards


• Seek a matching gift from your employer and double your gift (check with your Human Resources Department for more information)


• Provide a donation in the form of stocks or securities.  Please call 248-928-0111 and ask for the Accounting Department


• Make a provision for Community Housing Network in your will


• Make a donation to honor or memorialize a loved one

Ready to get rid of that old car?

If you donate your used car to Charity Motors and select Community Housing Network, Inc. as the beneficiary, 70% of the proceeds is contributed directly to Community Housing Network, Inc. The vehicle need not run, there is free timely pick-up, IRS forms are provided and your donation is 100% tax deductible.
