Carrie is responsible for providing general information about the trust to prospective participants and their families and/or advisors. Carrie also approves or denies disbursement requests and provides guidance to trust participants on permissible uses of their trust sub-account. She handles day-to-day administrative responsibilities including: changes in contact information, general information about the deposit and distribution process, and the preparation of asset verification packages.

Linda is responsible for providing general information about the trust to prospective participants and their families and/or advisors. She enrolls new trust participants and provides an orientation to the trust and its use. Linda also presents brief overviews of the trust at various support groups and interested groups and agencies throughout Michigan. As the mother of two young adult men with disabilities, Linda is personally familiar with many of the public benefits received by trust participants and can provide practical information to families.
Julie Fitzgerald, Accountant, Springhill Housing Corporation Pooled Accounts Trust
Julie Fitzgerald is the trust accountant. She processes approved disbursements and makes deposits into individual sub-accounts for trust participants. Julie also reconciles the individual sub-accounts and issues statements after the end of each quarter. Normally, you should contact Joanna about any accounting questions and if necessary she will route your question to Julie.
