one-stop-shop to help people with their housing needs. Our roommate database, housing planning library, and programs such as Getting My Own Address (see Housing & Transition Planning at left) have helped thousands of people reach their goals to achieve long-term, successful housing.
The Housing Resource Center will direct you to resources at Community Housing Network and other organizations. We collaborate closely with our community partners to provide the highest level of service possible to those who need it most.
