Community Housing Network recognizes that there are hundreds of people in Southeast Michigan living with disabilities who need help figuring out their housing options. Some people may need just a bit of help to guide them to the housing option that works best for them; others need more in-depth, one-on-one guidance.
Community Housing Network has a number of "Housing & Transition Planning" tools to help people with disabilities and their families and supports find the housing that works for them.
