Are you a CHN (Community Housing Network) program participant or do you receive services from a CMH (Community Mental Health) provider? If so, CHN is looking for feedback on how we can improve our services to our community. We are in need of representatives who want their voices heard!
You are invited to attend CHN’s Consumer Advisory Committee (CAC) meetings to discuss events, changes, and issues that affect people who receive services from us and those with mental illness or developmental disabilities to provide input on programs, policies and organizational planning. You will also learn about the various services we offer, especially new programs, policies, and future program and housing developments.
The Consumer Advisory Committee meets quarterly at our offices in Troy, on the second Tuesday of the month, noon-2 p.m.
If you would like to attend or want to learn more, please contact the Housing Resource Center at the contact information on this page.
