Home for the Holidays (formerly Adopt a Family) is Community Housing Network’s annual holiday giving program that helps individuals and families in our housing programs. Through generous community support, we provide essential household and hygiene items, Welcome Home Baskets, and toys for kids during the Holiday Season. As housing and living costs continue to rise, the need for support has grown.
