Household’s for the PSH units are pulled from the county’s registry. To be placed on the registry you must meet HUD’s category one (1) definition of experiencing homelessness: living unsheltered on the street, living in a homeless shelter, living in a hotel being paid for by a service agency, living in a place not meant for human habitation. Applicants must pass a basic credit and criminal background check to qualify. For households with lower incomes, lower rents are available. Grafton Townhomes accepts Housing Choice Vouchers (formerly known as Section 8 vouchers).
