Maggie Perry believes in the power of supporting and empowering CHN employees to make meaningful contributions that directly impact the lives of the people CHN serves. Maggie prioritizes operational excellence and employee well-being as she leads the creation and implementation of strategic priorities for CHN.

As Vice President of Operations, Maggie Perry manages Human Resources, IT, and Operations departments. Maggie brings over ten years of experience at CHN, starting as an Executive Assistant in 2012 and quickly progressing through various roles, including Operations Manager, Director, and Senior Director, before assuming her current position.

In her role, she implements innovative solutions to support CHN’s operations and mitigate operational risks for CHN, addressing legal, insurance, employee, health and safety, and cyber-related concerns. Recently, Maggie’s strategic leadership of the Human Resources and IT departments helped CHN prepare for a substantial staff increase to support COVID-19 rental assistance programs by adapting virtual processes and adjusting policies. These efforts paid long-term benefits for CHN by improving the virtual hiring and onboarding processes, ensuring effective communication, and providing the necessary tools, technology, and equipment to facilitate remote and hybrid work for the staff.

Maggie is a graduate of Leadership Oakland, Class XXVIII, and a recipient of the Best of Boot Camp Award at the Ann Arbor SPARK Entrepreneur Boot Camp in 2018. She is pursuing her bachelor’s degree in business administration, further solidifying her operational expertise.
