Carrie Mendoza

In her role as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, Carrie Mendoza is guided by Community Housing Network’s core value of integrity.

Carrie has over 24 years of experience in non-profit accounting. Since joining CHN in 2014, Carrie has been responsible for directing financial operations in accordance with the highest level of accounting principles.

As a member of the executive management team, she develops strategic plans to support the future viability of the organization through a diversified financial portfolio. She has implemented and enhanced policies and procedures to support CHN’s ongoing compliance and risk management..  She also leads initiatives and strategies to support sustainable growth, emphasizing efficiencies and innovation to improve the organization’s allocation of limited resources.

Carrie has a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Oakland University with a Minor in Applied Technology in Business.
