We believe all members of society deserve equal access to a safe and secure home. Community Housing Network builds affordable, accessible housing for people across Michigan who are experiencing crisis, homelessness, or facing obstacles due to a disability, income, or hardship.

Through a wide variety of housing models and funding sources, CHN has created and/or preserved over 600 units of affordable housing, including:

Building Communities
Our Communities
Erin Park
Erin Park features 52 high quality, duplex style, one, two and three bedroom homes with a community building for residents.
Garfield Landing
Garfield Landing is a mixed-income development consisting of 36 high-quality, studio, one and two-bedroom rental apartments.
Grafton Townhomes
Grafton Townhomes is a community of 48-unit high-quality, rental residential homes. The community features 24 two-bedroom units and 24 three-bedroom units.
Jefferson Oaks
Jefferson Oaks features the adaptive reuse of the vacant Thomas Jefferson School building, including 20 one- and two-bedroom apartments and community space.
Palmer Pointe Townhomes
Palmer Pointe Townhomes is a community of 24 high-quality, rental residential homes. 9 of the homes are Permanent Supportive Housing (PSH) units, with a project based voucher and additional supportive services.
Unity Park Rentals
Unity Park Rentals is a single-family home, multi-phase development in the Unity Park neighborhood of Pontiac. Unity Park Rentals features multiple high-quality, rental residential homes.
