Tom Landry Critical Needs Fund

The Tom Landry Critical Needs Fund exists to rapidly cover any expense critical to someone's stable housing that isn't covered by any other grant or funding.

In 2024, the Critical Needs Fund was named after founding board member and longtime supporter Tom Landry, who's commitment to Community Housing Network was an integral part of the organization's establishment and growth.

Thomas H. Landry– Mr. Landry, President of Landry Consulting, LLC, has acted as a consultant for other organizations on a variety of construction needs since May 2004. These have included Strategic Planning, Owner's representative on large, complex construction project, Operations support for a General Contractor, litigation support to law firms, serving as an expert witness, and other construction related activities. He is a respected member of the business community and has a family member with a disability.
