Jefferson Oaks features the adaptive reuse of the vacant Thomas Jefferson School building, including 20 one- and two-bedroom apartments and community space. The community also includes an additional 40 three- and four-bedroom townhome-style units. Twenty-one of the units are set aside for supportive housing with project-based rental assistance.
Jefferson Oaks is a mixed-income community designed of high quality residential homes built and maintained to be appealing and affordable for hard-working families and individuals. The total development cost is more than $17.5 million and is our largest development to date.
The development was completed and fully leased in late 2018.
