Housing Stability Services provides case management services to assist eligible households obtain or maintain housing as a transitional program after CERA.
What Does The Program Offer?
Housing Stability Services provides case management services to assist eligible households obtain or maintain housing as a transitional program after CERA. This in-depth case management program provides a variety of case management services including but not limited to:
- Screenings and referrals for other programs
- Connection to Legal Services
- Assistance applying for MDHHS Benefits
- Helping create emergency budgets and long-term stability budgets
- Finding alternative housing situations
Who Is Eligible?
Below are some of the basic eligibility requirements for our Housing Stability Services.

Applicants must:
- Be an Oakland County Resident
- Have an annual gross income below 80% of the Area Median Income.
Be a renter household with housing instability factors such as having court involvement (Demand for Possession / Notice to Quit, Summons, Judgment, etc.), living doubled-up, fleeing domestic violence and/or human trafficking, or are literally homeless.
