Oakland Housing Link

Oakland Housing Link is a collaborative project between Community Housing Network (CHN) and Oakland Community Health Network (OCHN). The OHLink website contains information about homes (licensed and personal residences) for adults receiving public mental health services in Oakland County. The homes contained on the website are available to case managers and support coordinators to aid in the search for housing options and vacancies on behalf of adult individuals receiving services through OCHN. We also offer housing brokerage services where we assist support coordinators and case managers in the search for housing that meets the needs of those they support.

Support Coordinators and Case Managers who support individuals in the OCHN network are eligible to obtain an account.

OHLink also offers a roommate matching database for individuals receiving services through Oakland Community Health Network. Please know that Oakland Housing Link does not provide any financial assistance, however, we attempt to match roommates to split the cost among multiple people and therefore bring the individual housing cost down. Once matched with a roommate of your choice, you and your potential roommate will be able to seek housing in the regular housing market together to identify and select housing that suits everyone’s needs.
