Community Housing Network builds developments that are appealing and affordable for hard-working families and individuals. Below is a list of the locations of our affordable housing developments.

Macomb County

Erin ParkEastpointe, MI

Erin Park features 52 high quality, duplex style, one, two and three bedroom homes with a community building for residents. All 52 homes will be long term rentals, with the opportunity to purchase after 15 years. 25 of the homes are Permanent Supportive Housing (PSH) units, with additional supportive services. The community is located off of Dale Ave., in Eastpointe. Occupancy began in early 2021. All of the units are for households between 30% and 80% of the Area Median Income (AMI). Grafton Townhomes – Eastpointe, MI

Grafton Townhomes is a community of 48-unit high-quality, rental residential homes. The community features 24 two-bedroom units and 24 three-bedroom units. 12 of the homes are Permanent Supportive Housing (PSH) units, with additional supportive services. Grafton Townhomes is located on 9 Mile Road in Eastpointe. Occupancy began in late 2015. All of the units are for households at or below 60% of the Area Median Income (AMI). Oakland County

Jefferson Oaks Oak Park, MI

Jefferson Oaks features the adaptive reuse of the vacant Thomas Jefferson School building, including 20 one- and two-bedroom apartments and community space. The community also includes an additional 40 three- and four-bedroom townhome-style units. 21 of the homes are Permanent Supportive Housing (PSH) units, with additional supportive services. Jefferson Oaks is located on Republic Ave in Oak Park. The homes are available for families of mixed income levels earning between 30% and 60% of Oakland County’s Area Median Income (AMI). Unity Park – Pontiac, MI

Unity Park Rentals is a single-family home, multi-phase development in the Unity Park neighborhood of Pontiac. Unity Park Rentals features multiple high-quality, rental residential homes. The first phase of 32 homes was completed in 2015. Phases II, III IV and V were completed between 2016 and 2021 There is a total of 79 homes. Fifty-three (53) of the homes are Permanent Supportive Housing (PSH) units, with additional supportive services. Palmer Pointe – Pontiac, MI

Palmer Pointe Townhomes is a community of 24 high-quality, rental residential homes. 9 of the homes are Permanent Supportive Housing (PSH) units, with additional supportive services. The community is located on Palmer Drive in Pontiac, Michigan. All of the units are for households at or below 60% of the Area Median Income (AMI), with nine units set aside for residents in need of supportive housing. Click here to learn more.

Garfield Landing – Sault Ste. Marie

Garfield Landing is a mixed-income development consisting of 36 high-quality, studio, one and two-bedroom rental apartments. The development will combine the adaptive re-use of the historic Garfield School, creating 14 units, with 22 new construction units built on the site. Click here to learn more.
